type='text'>自從搬到朋友家住之後，越來越喜歡下廚。我跟朋友─ET都是喜歡自己動手料理的人，尤其是在冰箱裡的食材豐富、調味料一應俱全的環境中，我們三不五時會進行“清冰箱”的工作。ET的娘在一間連鎖自助餐店上班，幾乎每天都會打包一些賣剩的飯菜回家當晚餐；娘寶店裡的菜色齊全，而且全部都真材實料，例如一般自助餐店的湯大概只有看到幾根菜渣浮在湯上面，而娘寶店裡的苦瓜雞湯是用全雞去熬煮，湯頭真是美味極了。好吧，結束廣告時間，話說回來…前兩天我從冰箱挖出一包瓜仔肉，ET突發奇想叫我拿去炒冬粉，說真的，我炒過飯、炒過麵，就是沒炒過冬粉，感覺上好像很容易失敗。不過，我豈是貪生怕死之輩？大不了拉個幾天肚子就沒事了…於是，憑著我常看「型男大主廚」的“料理基礎”，依稀記得阿基師曾教過一道螃蟹粉絲煲，我想應該就是差不多的烹調手續，瞎搞一番。先在炒鍋中熱了兩大匙的油，將瓜仔肉炒熱，再加入蝦米炒香，然後下醬油、高鮮味精、蔥花，</summary><link type='text'>記得第一次下廚是在小學一年級...那時由於老爸、老媽忙著在外打拼賺錢以養活我們一家老小，因此我們這些小鬼頭偶爾會自力救濟，自己煮個麵、炒個飯吃吃。當時，我最拿手的料理就是...蛋炒飯。(既簡單又美味，非常容易達成的料理)通常是我掌廚，大我一歲的老哥負責做"總監"...(就是用那張嘴遙控我)蠻欣慰的是...不管我做的料理再食難下嚥，爺爺、老哥、老弟總是不挑嘴地把那些該變成廚餘的飯菜吃光，實在是..."就甘心ㄟ"，同時也造就我今日的成就...製造更多廚餘。 type='text'>瞎搞的一餐</title><summary type='text'>今天起了個大早，突然想弄點清粥來吃吃…粥應該是全世界最簡單的料理吧。從冰箱拿出白飯，挖了大約2碗的份量到鍋子裡，加入4碗水，放到電鍋蒸就ok了。我家的電鍋是舊式的大同電鍋，每次聽到當飯煮好時、開關彈起來的聲音就特別開心。不料，掀開鍋蓋的那一瞬間，發現…我的稀飯變乾飯！？ 大概是電鍋底的水加太多了吧，只好再多加3碗水到飯裡，按下電鍋開關再繼續煮…第二次掀鍋蓋時，突發奇想又打了顆蛋花進去…就這樣煮了又煮、斷斷續續蒸了一個小時，兩碗白飯膨脹成一大鍋，粥也糊到幾乎看不到顆粒。趁著稀飯變漿糊的同時我也沒閒著，頂著大太陽衝去頂好超市買幾罐配粥小菜，還邊看著新買的涼拌食譜自己瞎搞一番…罐頭筍絲拌金針菇、豆芽菜，不知道是不是因為感冒鼻塞、沒什麼味覺的關係，我覺得這樣瞎搞還蠻對味的…那鍋粥…大概可以分三餐吃吧。其實只要有豆芽菜、大蒜或是金針菇，什麼料理都會變得很美味…(本人的特殊癖好)</summary><link
